S129 Notice and Explanation of Rights

Below is the S129 Notice which, in terms of the Companies Act, is required to be published and circulated to all affected persons (creditors and employees) of Alcon. The S129 Notice notifies the Affected Persons that Alcon commenced business rescue on 19 December 2022 and that Neil Hablutzel is appointed as the business rescue practitioner supervising the business rescue.
